Anyone HELP PLEASE : Bluetooth not working after SW 5.40 update Vivoactive Music 3

Hello Everyone ,

Bluetooth on my Vivoactive 3 Music is not working after update to SW 5.40 . Tried after  resetting of my watch and my both Phones i.e Oneplus 6T and Vivo V17 . Other bluetooth devices are also not getting my watch too so its confirm that issue is with software. Called help Centre in my country ( India ) many times and they have no idea how to resolve the problem and started calling me again and again to sell their other watches. 

CAN anyone help me by providing steps how to resolve the issue.

    This doesn't sound right. Garmin would never call you to sell you anything. Are you sure you were contacting official Garmin Support? Suggest going to the Garmin Support Center to setup a case either by phone, chat, or email starting from this link: Garmin Support Center
