I have a Peleton and I have been tracking my workouts on my VA3. At the end of each workout, I just enter to metrics from the Peleton app to round out my info in GC. I noticed today that there are power zones listed in the bike workout details in my activities list.
Does anyone one know if these are the same as the ones determined during the FTP ride on Peloton? I am pretty new to this type of training. I saw that you can adjust your FTP zones in GC (app and website) however peleton uses 7, and there are only 5 listed in the app/website user settings. However, the details of the exercise go to Zone 7 on the website.
Thoughts?
