Touchscreen

I locked the touchscreen of a Vivoactive 3 and now I can’t unlock it back.

Maintaining the button pressed just show me the settings, but it doesn’t unlock it

When you hold the button in do you feel the watch vibrate? Are you able to restart it?

Yes, I restart it several times, and still nothing
