Export data to Excel

  1. I am trying to export running data.  I have been able to export the basic data but want to export my individual lap data.  If I do a 10 mile run and have my lap set to 1 mile, my phone shows my data per mile (pace & time).  I am trying to get that data to excel.  Is anyone aware of a way?   Thanks, Mike

    It's possible to export activity data from the Garmin Connect website:- view an activity in the browser then click the cog symbol near the top right of the window. There are various export options available. I've used them with Excel and Qlik as both will draw activity maps from the lat/long data (and it's easy to see where the GPS data gets iffy).

    "Export splits to CSV" might do what you're looking for.

    Thank you DanC.  I never would have found the "Export splits to CSV" option.  It is exactly what I wanted.
