I have noticed in the past couple of days that my active calories are completely out.
One example is yesterday. I walk 2km to work and back every day. I also walk around 1km to get my lunch. I also did a wattbike session last night that burnt 285 calories per the activity summary.
When I look today, the total active calorie burn for yesterday was 285.
Does anyone know what is causing this to be so grossly out.
I did a test this morning and recorded my walk to work and the activity stated that I burnt 104 calories but in my active calories it says 37??
My Vo2 max has increased recently - does this have something to do with it?
I don't want to get caught up in calorie counting but i Use it as a gauge to judge how much I should be eating on training days and with this being do wildly wrong I would like it fixed.
FYI I am 40 year old woman, 5ft9 and weigh 72kgs.
