Garmin Pay delay

So, this Friday, I enabled Garmin Pay on my watch, using a Visa debit card.

Late afternoon/early evening, I did two payments, and it worked as expected...... HOWEVER.

The payments have only just appeared on my bank statement this morning (Tuesday morning), with date noted as 28/1-20, not 24/1-20 as would be expected.

The payments were visible in Garmin Connect immediately after purchase (maybe it took a sync with watch, but still), but it took 80+ hours to appear on bank statement.

When I use the card normally, it's on my bank statement, within a few hours, even in weekends.

How do I ensure that I don't have to wait several days, before the purchase appears on my statement (and money are drawn)?
