Is the Vivoactive 3 suitable for CrossFit?
Which activity is best for CrossFit? (Strength, Cardio, Elliptical,...?
Can I use it to identify individual exercises as is possible with strength training? (Frontsquats, Lunges, Push Press, Hang Power Clean, Burpees,...)
Configuring a training program for me is pointless, because with CrossFit we have a very different workout every time. (AMRAP, EMOM, FT, RFT, RD,...)
