My Garmin Vivoactive Music 3 was turned off for two months as I had a cast on my left wrist due to injury. Now that the cast is off, I am using it again, but the running pace and distances are inaccurate for both road running and treadmill running. The Garmin watch is underestimating the distance by 1.5 km to 2 km every time, and my pace is wildly inaccurate most of the time during my runs. My Garmin watch was working perfectly before my injury lay-off. How can I fix this? Many thanks.
