Vivoactive 4 How to exit lap timer for an activity

Hi, 

So may be a stupid question, but I went for a run and used the activity tracker, however when I pressed the A button to stop the timer so I could record the activity it went into the lap timer somehow. Now I can't get the lap timer to go away to stop my activity or record anymore activities. It's just stuck on the lap timer which is very frustrating!  Pressing B won't exit and A only starts or stops the timer. Is anyone please able to tell me how to fix this?  Thanks very much.

    I have the same issue. The forums are useless. Test mode stays on until battery is drained. Lap timer starts by pushing A button & laps keep getting started. Now the watch symbols are greyed out & swiping any direction on the clock face does nothing.
