Problem with downloaded Watch-Faces

Hi! I have the Vivoactice 3 Smartwatch.I installed the Garmin IQ Shop on my smartphone. So i downloaded 3 new Disigns for my watch. But whe i want to activate the new design on my watch i only see the IQ-Logo with a orange round callsign. Also all my downloaded widgets only show an IQ-Text with this orange round callsign - i made a screenshot here: www.powerflash-drive.com/screenshot.jpg. Can someone help me? Thank you!

  • When I've seen that it is because the watch face did not have enough memory to properly load.  You mention you downloaded 3 designs.  I'd suggest uninstalling 2 of them.  That will leave plenty of space for one to work properly.  Try out that one.  Then uninstall it and install the next one to try out.  I had 2 installed at the same time with no problem, so you may be able to have 2 simultaneously and not have to uninstall all 3.  

    It is easy to uninstall and reinstall in the Garmin Connect Mobile app (I'm on Android, can't vouch for Apple version).  The one's you've uninstalled are still shown on the phone in the app so you can simply uninstall one and install the next without having to go back to the CIQ store each time. 

    Play with them, then use the one you like the most.

  • Upgrade your firmware to the latest version (easiest via garmin express), there was a change in connect iq 3.1.4 api which requires this firmware update, but unfortunately the app store does not check if you have the right firmware on your device before downloading the connect iq watch face.
