This thing is literally useless for pretty much anything. The wrist HR monitor doesn't work or doesn't read instantly. Bought the external chest strap as well, and it's not accurate or doesn't consistently give a reading. I got burned a few years ago buying an expensive fitbit that was worthless as well and sent it back. Now I'm sending back a worthless Garmin. Last time I ever buy a useless piece of fitness tracking equipment. I was tempted to buy the Fenix 6 on special. So glad I didn't. Garmin will never get another dime of my money.
