The backlight on the underside of my wrist

Hi I recently got Vivoactive 3 and I am usly wearing it on the underside of my wrist but the backlighting isn't working well if at all is there a way to fix it?

You could change in settings wether you wear it on your left or right wrist and in which orientation you have the button. Play around with these settings to see if you can get a setting that acts comparable to wearing a watch on the upside of your wrist. You are likely turning your wrist in the opposite direction to have a look on your watch. So I'd think you should at least set you button orientation opposite to how you're actually wearing it.

I've tried it and unfortunately it didn't work for me I think I will have to get use to having it on the top.
