Don't find a specific menu

Hi everyone,

I'm not finding this :

To automatically turn on do not disturb mode during your sleep hours, go to the device settings in the Garmin Connect Mobile app, and select Sounds & Alerts > Do Not Disturb During Sleep."

Neither on the garmin mobile app on my phone or directly on garmin connect via the computer.

Could someone help me on this ?

My problem is that my watch doesn't record my sleeping time at all ! I need help here to make it working.

Please help i'll appreciate

When I open the garmin connect android app there are 4 icons on the top row, the third is a watch (where the sync animation draws a circle). Click the watch icon and the menu "sounds & alerts" is available.

Sleep settings are in Settings 》 User settings 》
