heart rate in the pool: aquafit class intensity

I was not getting any intensity minutes in the pool, probably for 3 reasons.  Heart rate is generally 10 beats lower in water compared to same intensity on land, wrist monitoring is spotty in the water and a lot of classes break the intensity with core work every 8 or 9 minutes and intensity minutes don't count unless you have 10 in a row.  I found that if you turn your heart rate monitor off in the water (from watch face, tap face, scroll to settings, then scroll to sensors and accessories, then heart rate monitor, then turn off), the watch will estimate intensity based on hand movement.  It doesn't address the last issue but at least it recognizes about 20 intensity per 1 hour class.  What I would like to do is reorder the menu items accessible from the watch face so I didn't need to scroll to the bottom of each menu to turn off heart rate monitoring.  Any ideas?

thanks to juraj_K, I found my answer in another post.  From the heart rate screen, tap a long tap and the heart rate on/off screen appears with no need to scroll.
