Step Count Stuck

After downloading and installing the newest sensor update on my VA3 (6.60) , it seems to have thrown the step count totally awry. Occasionally it tracks the steps I have made but mostly it stays stuck at a lcertain step level.

Have done both soft reset (i.e. pressing down on the crown for 15 seconds) and also down a hard reset (i.e. going into the settings and resetting to the defaults) Neither of them seem to be resolving the matter.

Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.

P.S. Seems like my GPS software has also gone a bit nutty as it shows GPS Version 0.0

For the step count, check if tracking didn't somehow turn itself off after the update. There are a few recent threads about GPS Version 0.0.
