Compatible earphones?

I recently bought a pair of JBL 120 wireless earbuds along with the vivoactive 3 watch. Turns out I can't adjust the volume and the default volume level causes my ears to bleed. So, does anyone know what pair (if such even exist) of earbuds that are truly compatible?

I use Bose Soundsport. Good sound, work very well

I use anker soundcore spirit and they work fine
