I completed my first half marathon on Sunday and at the end paused the recording whilst being given medals, bananas etc. When I looked at the screen less than 2 minutes later the activity had gone as if it had never been recorded. I contacted support and spoke to Charlie today to be told it's hard luck it's gone. Why is it this watch can record any minor activity I do such as walking across the park to get to the coffee shop, after my half marathon but not automatically record and save something I obviously deliberately recorded. Looking on line you were alerted to this problem over 2 years ago but have done nothing about it. When will you be fixing this? I am devastated to have lost this data and now can't trust the watch which makes it a bit pointless.
