The last month or so my intensity minutes have gone insane! Since about the second week of August they've gone from around 200/week, to well over a thousand a week, as high as 1700! I'm not that active. I am a tradie, so I do work on my feet and with my hands.
It's not the end of the world if there's no solution. But figured I may as well ask. I have done a reset of my watch; made no difference.
