Sleep tracking

If i where Garmin i would remowed sleep tracking as a feature or selling point. This thing is so useless, and becoming even worse with the latest software. I hope people do listen to theyr own body and not this ***. After first sync in the morning it will change ( many times dramaticly) during the thay.  Useless is the word.

  • Does anybody know , currently i have two devices ,a fenix5+ and a Vivoactive 3. I use the fenix as my default tracker and for exercise, and change in the evening to let the Vivoactive 3 track my sleep as it is more light and comfy to wear at night. If i buy a fitbit and scrap the VA3 , i know i can import my sleep data from the fitbit to GC, but the question is, will the garmin servers screw up the result again ? Another thing, has anybody a idea of it’s possible to use training peaks as a common program for garmin and Fitbit, using the fitbit as my daily tracker and the fenix for exercise. I know i will loose the thrue up , and i probably must enter the weight from my index scale manually, but thats ok, the only number that give sens from that scale is the weight anyway. Would be happy to hear some opinion here.
