Swipe has stopped working

My VA3 does not swipe from the watch face or the left side. It used to move to the heart rate screen and then overall daily stats but now nothing. Touch screen works otherwise so just the initial swipe

I had same problem. For some reason all the widgets were removed, that is why the watchface won't scroll by swiping up or down.

Hold on the watchface screen, go to settings, then widgets. Mine was…

Hold watch face.....go to settings......go to widgets.....add the ones back that you usually use and voila! , For some reason a glitz in the system they got deleted but now its all good.Your Welcome.

Hi I am unable to scroll on my Vivoactive 3 so all I have is the landing screen and the power button. I cant select anything so I cant switch it off from the screen. I've reset the watch as described on this thread , several time but there is no change. Does anyone have any other recommendations? The touch screen is totally non responsive. Thanks

Did you check to makes sure your widgets are still there. If they have Ben deleted then there is nothing to scroll to. You will need to add them back in as detailed above by Rvandecar in his solution.
