  1. Hi, I just bought my Garmin Vivoactive 3 and has been doing well until a few days back when it stopped keeping history of my activities...on the Garmin connect app, also I see my steps on my daily activities but when I click on it ,,, it opens a new screen to set my target and shows zero steps for today... I tried everything I can think of but no luck , any advice what I might have possibly changed in the setup by mistake or is the watch faulty , storage, history, tracking ?
  • Did you restart your watch?

    Yes, many times.

  • Could you have possibly logged into the wrong account?

Same happened for my mom on here vivosport, 4 days ago. Nothing have been saved for here.

No steps, no sleep data, no stress level, etc.

Watch is connected. She's logged in on the right account on garmin connect.

She's using a Samsung phone. Can it be a bug in a new version of connect?

Hi All, I found the solution..

So, after searching, reading and trying many different things, I found that my iPhone had no more space on iCloud, was full 100%,  so I upgraded my iCloud and yes it started saving. Yeeeeees

However, during the process of erasing, reinstalling, default settings etc. my floor climbing stopped counting.. I thought the sensors were broke or blocked , but that is a new watch, after a few trials and going up and down the stairs, washing my watch under soft water nothing worked. so I had my final attempt of of removing all software setup everything from phone, computer, restoring to default from watch and started setup from the beginning and IT NOW WORKS SUPER FINE

    I am soooo happy now.

Thank you all for trying to help, I appreciate it and hope my comment helps others fix and enjoy their watch too.

    Best wishes, Eman

Try checking where it is saving the history, maybe you ran out of space.

My mom had to delete the connect app, and reinstall the app and the watch. Then it started to work again.

Probably an issue with an update on the connect app.
