Volume adjust Vivoactive 3 Music and JBL Reflect Flow

Hi,
I have connected a pair of JBL Reflect Flow heasets to my VA3 Music
They have connected ok, but they have the volume very high and I cant turn it down. I can see the volume control on the watch and it also responds with a vibration when I try to adjust the sound but nothing happens.

Any idea on how to fix it? (I like the JBL flow headset but will have to return them if I cant use them with my watch)

No, i sent an email to garmin but i didn’t have any answer for now

Same problem: VA3 volume control doesn't work with JBL Reflect Flow headphones.

I opened a ticket at Garmin support.

Perhaps you can also ask the Garmin support to give the ticket more priority

I have the same issue with mine and the Fenix 6S. Contacted Garmin and all they could do was point out that these headphones are not on their "compatible headphones" list.

I have the same problem with a Sony Walkman mp3 player. The volume controls work with other Bluetooth items including JBL loudspeaker.

But the JBL Reflect Flow block volume control.

I have a jbl reflex contour 2.

It is happening the same, and this issue began with this dammed FW 4.90.

I have JBL T110BT and on 5.13 I can change the volume on the watch, but the headphones only respond to volume down.
