Charging status while locked

When VA3 is locked there is no charging status coming up when you hook it up to a USB power supply.

This is really annoying because it means:

- you're not sure it is charging

- you have to unlock to be sure it is charging

Turn the watch off before you start charging. When you connect it, if it starts charging, it will vibrate and turn on. This also reboots the watch, which is a "hygene" operation I think too many people omit to do.
