Custom roms for Vivoactive 3

Hey,
Are there any custom roms for our vivoactive 3?
I'm asking because I miss two functions.
The first one concerns the backlight. Namely, I miss setting the backlight in the time frame, for example from 22:00 to 6:00 or from sunset to sunrise.
The second thing I miss is turning off the bluetooth with the "do not disturb" option enabled.

Custom firmware would be possible if Garmin open the SW.

Garmin will never allow that because much of the price difference between different models is accounted for by features which are removed in software. For example, multisport watches which support power meters are more expensive than running watches, even if the hardware is mostly comparable.
