I've had my Vivoactive 3 for a bit more than a year. A couple of weeks ago, I started to encounter the following problem: the backlight remains ALWAYS on, but it's not the standard backlight, it is a low one (maybe the equivalent of a 5% intensity one). I've tried many thing: turn off/on the watch,, turn Do Not Disturb on/off, reset settings, put backlight as max or min, etc. and the problem continues.
Has anyone encountered the same pb ?
