Hello everybody,

I own my vivoactive 3 music only a month, previously I had the vivoactive hr which I was very satisfied with  from all aspects but since it "died", I upgrade my self with this one. Anyway I have two questions

Q1: It seems that it misscounting stairs. I jave try all tne ways climbing stairs. Making 10 or even 20 steps before and after. I always climb them witn holding tbe handrail but still isnt count them correctly. Any suggestions?

Q2: I exersice once per day at the gym and then work. Sleeping hours average 7 hours, average steps per day 20k. I dont use music players, no gps aplications and I use bluetooth once per day before bed just to download my data but still battery lasts no longer than 4 days. If I am not mistaken product description says up to 7. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks everynody for your time

  • Hi Stellos,

A1 - Garmin says that one floor is 10 feet or 3 m high. But that is not all. Temperature, pressure changes all together swaying the Sensor noticeable. For example - if i do hiking to the next hill - its ca. 630 m high i'm getting between 130 and 200 floors counted. Not precise but OK.

A2: Have the same 4 days as you, ca 3-4 h GPS use in this time. BT is not the issue, but the activities itself. 20k steps per day and 4 day lasting is OK for me.
