iQ! When trying to connect spotify

I have been able to add spotty to my device, however I cannot connect to it. It says searching for Wi-Fi then I get iQ! On the watchface, what does this mean? How can I get past this?

The IQ! symbol means that the Spotify app crashed for some reason.

Thank you and do you know why the device will say searching for Wi-Fi network after pressing Spotify on the device even though it is connected to Wi-Fi?
