I cannot get garmin express to open iTunes on my Mac so that I can load music onto my vivoactive 3 music watch. It just keeps saying that it is loading but never moves off that screen. I've updated my iOS on the computer, updated to latest version of garmin express, updated iTunes, updated watch to latest version of firmware. Any other suggestions before I take the watch back and say forget it? I love the watch but not gonna keep it if I can't get the music to work.
