Active trak not working

I have had my device left that less than a week but Active Trak has never worked even though I have it set on Auto Start. Does anyone have any suggestions? Never had a problem with my old active HR.

  • Live track has always been problematic for me, for example if I get off my bike to go into a shop for twenty minutes and I make a payment using Nfc ( vivoactive3), most of the time live track doesn't resume properly when I resume the activity. 

    As you've only had your device a week has it been updated to the latest firmware, if not do so, you may need to use Garmin Express.

    Are you using the email or Twitter live track option?

    It's up to date, and I use email. I've been in touch with support and they don't know what's going on either. We are going to try replacing my service. Hopefully the new line skill work better.
