Floors climbed reporting either 0 or a very large number since May 5th, 2019

The floors climbed use to be somewhat accurate but as of May 5th, the floors climbed reports 0 for every day other than May 22nd when it reported 199.

This is quite frustrating. I have restarted the watch several times but that does not appear to help.

Also, the altitude has been reporting a large number (basically the max small integer value of 65535, for those that program).

There is definitely something wrong with either the watch hardware or software that kicked in on May 5th.

I have a Vivoactive 3 Music and I have the exact same problem. 7th of May was the last day it registered the correct number of floors. Since then it does not register any floors at all some days and other days it can be way to many, like you say, over 150 and the real number would be around 20.

It seems like the "VO2 max" uses altitude in some way, because since the 7th of May my value has decreased with 12 units! Which is totally unrealistic because I have been doing the same training with the same (or better) results.

So probably another software bug, like the unreliable vibration that has not been fixed for many months...

same here, since 3 days (update to 4.0) the watch records the climbed floors totally wrong

My problem started before the 4.00 update, maybe at the same time as a bluetooth update.

I tried everything Garmin Support suggested but it still does not work. Basically, with GPS off NO Floors Climbed ever get counted any longer. I use to get over 10 during the day just from going up and down stairs in my house. Now it always reads 0 for the entire day. Only time Floors climbed registers is if I have GPS on for a walk/run, and then, it is wildly incorrect. What should be about 6-8 Floors gets counted as 30. Quite frustrated that this feature is not working at all for me anymore.
