2 VA3s and switching

I misplaced my VA3 and after going three days without it, and thinking it was lost, broke down and bought another, but this time went for a VA3 Music. Of course, the day after the VA3M was delivered and fully set up, I found my original VA3. Since it was my "fault" it went missing I didn't feel right about returning the new VA3M and to be honest I  like it better than my original. I like the look of it better and although I know the software appear to be identical ,somehow the VA3M  just feels easier to set up and use. So now I have two VA3s and thought I might use the original for travel, trail running and swimming; times when it might get rougher use. I've got both set up in Connect but not quite sure how to switch back and forth between them to sync both to one set of records. Has anyone else got two VA3s and are you able to switch back and forth seamlessly?

    Trueup should handle it pretty well for you.

    To be safe, try to sync both before making a switch and when you're ready to switch back. There is the matter of specifying your prefered device which may or may not be important in your case but it's an extra step that shouldn't be needed.but could be useful. It shouldn't cause you any problems if you don't do that since you intend to only wear one at a time anyway.

    Thanks, I activated it but wasn't sure I understood the purpose of Trueup before.
