Flight safe mode?

Hi all,

I recently bought a Vivoactive 3 Music to replace my ageing Vivoactive.

With the Vivoactive, I used to turn Bluetooth off when boarding a flight.  However, the Vivoactive 3 has a myriad of connection options - including WiFi.  Is there something special I need to do to put it in to flight safe mode?  I can't seem to find anything in the menus or manual.

Thanks,

Steve.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you notice, people use wireless headsets on airplanes all the time, and the crew allows it. I have always been very skeptical about the whole airplane and cellphones hysteria, but always stuck to the rules. Now the rules have been loosened, and the only requirement left is actually cellular data connection off. I have pointed out wireless headsets at the beginning, and that is bluetooth. If you wonder about wifi, there actually are increasingly more planes which offer a wifi network from the plane to your devices, so wifi is ok too.
