Hey folks, my wife had a Vivoactive 3 for a year or so, yesterday I went to Verizon and purchased us both the Vivoactive 3 Music. Install on mine went fine and everything works, keep in mind I had to install the app new on my Google Pixel 2 and set it up. On my wifes Lg G7 I had to add the VA3 Music to her Connect software and remove her old VA3. Everything but Facebook messenger alerts works on her watch, but she doesnt get any Facebook Messenger alerts. This worked fine on her previous VA3 but I cant for the life of me figure out why it wont work on the new VA3 Music.
Last night I uninstalled her Garmin Connect software and reinstalled it but still the same result. Has anyone figured out how to make this work? Ive seen several post but nothing that shows how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.
PS: the firmware and software are both upto date on the phone and watch.
