Often during my Crossfit training sessions the detection of the heartbeat after a first period of proper functioning, falls and stops around 109 BPM (the variation remains but is contained in a few BPM more or less) and is no longer possible return it to normal values (much higher). I am aware that the type of training does not allow a proper detection of the HR due to the movements of the wrist, but in this case once the system freezes it is no longer possible to return normal: it is useless to pause or remove the clock and clean the sensor .... do you also have this abnormal behavior?
Just to explain better the issue: in the picture is my last workout. It goes pretty well until the last 10 minutes when the frequency sharply drops below 90 bpm and after that it does not rise to normal values again: note that these 10 minutes correspond to the high intensity part of the workout where the beats should reach 90-100% of the max HR.
Since 6.1 sw version the measured HR during my indoor cardio activity shows abnormally high values to the previous, good working version (checked with chest strap too). The value is about 35-40 beats higher and it stays at this rate. Something went wrong...
