My Vivoactive 3 has stopped counting steps

I have used my watch for the first time in a month the other day and it has stopped counting my steps.

Any ideas of fixing this as i have tried switching it off and on. There is no software updates. I haven't changed any settings since the last time I used it..

Try rebooting. Verify that activity tracking is still on.

Thanks for your reply for some reason the activity tracking turned itself off and all sorted..

Hold the button to turn off, then hold the button to turn on.

Hold the watch face -- settings --- activity tracker --- ensue it's on....

Mine somehow switched off after rebooting -- not sure why.

My vivoactive 3 has stopped counting steps since yesterday. I've checked the walk widget is on and latest firmware installed.

Weird, I scrolled to activities on the normal face and it was all disabled.

It's not the walk widget. It's the system setting for tracking.

It takes around 15 seconds of holding button to turn off and hard reset/reboot and then 5 seconds of holding button to turn back on. You should do this hard reset after any issues and after updating software.
