I just bought a Vivo Active 3 when I thought I had ordered a Vivo Active 3 and at first I thought, maybe the music feature is not all that great and worth the hassle of returning it, but now I'm having second thoughts and am now wondering if I should return it for a Vivo Active 3 Music but maybe don't like how the Vivo Active 3 Music looks like a kind cheap no name Plastic department store sports Watch with it's all plastic body while the Vivo Active 3 has a fiber-reinforced polymer with stainless body and steel rear cover and looks more like Garmin's higher end watches. In person does it not look so cheap plastic department store type sports Watch and actually better looking in person then how it seems to look in the pictures and is the music feature worth the hassle of being without a watch for a few days and hing to reinstall all the Widgets and Watch Faces on the new Vivo Active 3 Music?
I think both look great actually. It's a matter of personal taste. I'd advise you to go to a physical shop where you can watch them with your own eyes.
Something worth mentioning is that the vivoactive 3 music has curved glass (i'm a fan but opinions strongly differ on this). if you are the type of person that wants to apply a screen protector the regular vivo3 is the better choice for you.
VA3M does look a little bit cheaper to me, but it has other advantages in my department (I don't use the music feature).
The first one is the location of the barometric sensor port hole - on the side of the watch, not at the bottom as in VA3 (that resulted in erroneous elevation tracking both by VA3 in my family, and for many people on this forum). And the second one - the screen. It's rounded, it feels slippery, and the touchscreen seems to be much better than in VA3. It feels on par with my smartphone now.
