Random pixel burst or line on restart

Is it normal for the vivoactive 3 music to have a very quick burst of pixels or a line right before the startup triangle appears? Watch seems to function fine, just want to know if this is normal or might be an indicator of issues down the road.

Mine does it too, so I think it's nothing to worry about.
