no pool swimming personal record with VivoActive3

Hi, I tried searching in this community and also on the web but i cannot explain why, while I'm running, biking and swimming, I could see only run and bike data but not the one related to swim neither in android app nor in connect site.

someone could help me?

2. change device for more expensive

it is a business model :(
