VA3 owned for about a month and a half, no issues at all swim with it run with it. i leave the brightness on 10%.
last night during a run everything worked fine. twist wrist to see my pace it as a second delay which is fine, but the lights up.
get home. shower eat later dinner with family, sit down to watch die hard (christmas movies right?) during the movie i turn my wrist to check the time.
i see the backlight turn on, but i cant see anything.
with my cellphone flashlight i can see the screen at a very sharp angle i turn my brightness up to 100%, makes it slightly better but still no good.
i restart phone. no change.
an hour later it works perfect again.
wake up this morning eating breakfast same problem.
its been a couple hours now did another restart still no change.
any ideas?
i haven't plugged my watch into a computer since i first got it and was forced to to do the initial update and add music.
edit: just plugged it into computer i am on update 3.30
edit2: Just did a factory reset from watch going settings > system > reset > delete data and reset settings, no change
