Hi, my current software version is 3.10 and whenever I try to update it via the watch or garmin express, I get the notification that the version is uptup-to-date. My Ant/Ble version is 3.0. I'm facing a few issues with the watch.
1. There is no settings option in third party apps in connect once they are installed. If I want to use the settings for the app again, I need to uninstall it and reinstall. The settings option will be visible only for the first time.
2. When a call notification comes, the accept button doesn't respond. If I click on the acveac button, it just takes me to the watch face and nothing happens on the phone. Earlier with my VHR, I could actually use the watch to pick the call on phone. Here I can reject and also send messages though .
3. Third party apps like strength plus and dance plus can't connect to my external HRM (Scosche rhythm plus) though native apps can connect without an issue.
4. Battery life is orepre erratic .Sometime less that 0.5%/hr and sometimes almost 2%/ hr in same scenarios .
Could anyone kindly help me .
