What Heart Rate Values are Used for Time-in-Zone ?

Custom heart rate zones can only be set for Cycling and Running. I assume these are the values used for History's Time-in-Zone (versus the Default 90/80/70/60/50%). Correct?

What heart rate values are used for Rowing? Or Walking? Or Cardio? My custom values or the Default values?

Frank23 On my 935 I can set HR zones for running, cycling, swimming and default. All activities outside of the first 3 I mentioned use the default zones. It's my assumption the VA3 would be the same. The reason for different zones for running, cycling and swimming is the muscles involved in those activities and the different Max HR's in those sports. It's not exact, but for the average person, their Max HR for cycling is 5-9 bpm lower than their running Max HR and swimming is 10-17 bpm.

    Thank You.
