Tracking issues with Garmin vivoactive 3

Hi,
i've bought the vivoactive 3 for tracking my sessions in the fitness studio, but i have some issues with it:
1.) indoor cycling doesnt work well. the clock doesnt know how fast i went, can i edit the training afterwards with the data from the bike? or is there some other addition i can use in the fitness center?
2.) strengh training - im disappointed with this feature. you can write your own training (sadly there are none to download, only running) - when I start my training the reps count is very vague. sometimes it doesnt count at all. sometimes i can edit them afterwards, sometimes i cant. why is that?
3.) when i double tip the display it switches to the next set. no pause between sets and the timer starts counting. that seems oddly wrong.
4.) the burned calories in a training seem WAY to low, e.g. a training with 3 sets of squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, rowing should have burned around 100 calories? can i somehow track this more viable?

Maybe im just doing it wrong so i would appreciate your help.
