ASM - Wrong tracking of start and end of sleep

Hello,

is that normal that VA3 tracks wrong start and end time of sleep.
Also no REM and deep phasis? Or only a few minutes.

I have had before the Vivoactive HR, unfortunately without REM, but sleep tracking was perfect. Correct start and end time, also "good looking" sleep stages.

I have firmware 5.50 and Connect up-to-date.

I did several times the factory reset or reboots.
Nothing helped.

Does somebody here in the forum have arrythmia and correct sleep stages and sleep time tracking with Vivoactive 3?

I'd like to find out if it's only my problem or if there is a bug or hardware defect.
All other things like GPS tracking and HR looks good so far.

Or is it a know issue which is not solved now?
