Update Issue - watch faces

Anyone having the same issue as me? All of the faces I had prior to the update are no longer working. The only ones that work are the standard ones that came with the watch.

I reinstalled all the faces and still have the same issue.
  • Try rebooting the watch. Hold the button until the watch turns itself off then turn it back on.
  • Yes Jim. I had the same problem. It went away after I turned the watch off and back on again. Easy solution.

    With new sw6.9 i rebootedmany times an watch face still changes to std after unknown time

    A restart fixed that issue for me.  In a related issue, i have my watch faces randomly reset to different faces since the latest update.  Has happened at least 6-8 times.

    after update to 6.60 (and with 6.90) I had also some issues as you described. 
    The watch faces changed and seems to be not installed - as on the picture (IQ error icon).
    I noticed, that also all installed application also didn't work (no reaction on tapping them)

    One solution: reboot the device.  Sometimes twice and all returned to normal (the synchronization with garmin store was not needed).
    The watch faces returned, the application worked properly.
    It happend obout 1 time per week.

    I noticed, that it happens very often when I was using the stop-watch (application from Garmin store) - so I unsinstall that application (replaced with another one) and now - from almoust one week - no crash with watch faces - so I hope it (the bad applicatipon) was the reason.

    I've been trying to replicate this running the Stopwatch widget from the store, but haven't encountered it yet. Would you be able to .zip up the GARMIN folder on the device and DM it to me?

    After uninstall this app above, the problem disappeared - so , I saaume that the app was the reason.

    Rebooting several times has not helped me get watch faces on my vivoactive 3 music. It is so tiring that technology companies seem so technologically unadvanced. This is my 3rd garmin in 6 mos and will probably be my last.

    Hi, i have the same issue and always is necesary to reset, i do not like that, (ver.7.20)

    I have the same issue with my Vivoactive 3. It randomly switches from Crystal, my preferred face, to one of the standard analog faces. When I try to replace with Crystal, it is not available. If I reboot then it is available and an be selected. This happens multiple times per week, quite annoying.
