5.50 firmware update — no longer connect Bluetooth heart rate sensor

Since updating to the 5.50 firmware I can no longer connect to my polar h10 heart rate strap. It was working perfectly before the update and now the watch can not find the sensor. I removed the sensor and tried to add the sensor back to the watch but it searches and never finds the heart rate strap’s Bluetooth signal.

Anyone else having this problem?

Same problem here but with Polar H7 HR Bluetooth strap, this is quite annoying. With every new software update they introduce a new bug.....so frustrating!!!

Just found the solution, connect it to Garmin Express and update the software, it will fix GPS and also this problem!!

I was able to get it to work. I had to remove the polar chest strap, power cycle the watch, and redo the Bluetooth pairing of the polar chest strap.

how did you manage to connect the fenix to the polar h7?
