Just a year ago, I could utilize the timer to ref because it stayed put, right there on my watch face. Imagine my surprise, during a game, when I looked down at my new V3M and the timer had disappeared after five minutes of use! Who thought this was a good idea? The timer uses little battery, even after using it all day long, for hours of games (trust me, I know). Did anyone actually think about the situation in which someone would utilize the timer (or stopwatch, yes, it happens to the stopwatch, too)? I can't be navigating back through the watch prompts to find the damn timer. This new feature renders the timer useless (and the latest op system update mucked my ref app).
Garmin, please bring back the timer to stay put on my watch face -- at least give me the option to do so!
