How to tell Vivoactive 3 Music that I’m sick.

Hello,
Just wondering if it is possible to tell Vivoactive 3 Music that I’m currently sick so it doesn’t keep asking me to move and get active? It is bothering me when I got fever and body temp reaching 39°C but my watch tells me to make steps and climb stairs.
Would be great if possible to reschedule all training after I’m feeling well too

Just disable the move alert and turn it back on when you've recovered.

Yes, it is possible. You can press your finger on the watch face and politely, but firmly, speak clearly in English "I am under the weather today and I will not be moving."
