New VA3 lasted 2 days and 23 hrs on original 100% charge

Hi all. I am finally re-charging my VA3 after its 1st full 100% charge from Friday night. I used GPS for 2hr 45 min and mostly kept the screen at 30%. Is this normal for a new VA3 which is supposed to get 7 days of battery life? Should I contact support? Thoughts?

GC: Only trying to help. I thought you were looking for ways to extend battery life.
I agree, it's a bit silly to agonize over battery life/settings if you're happy with it 'as is' or you just want to brag how long you can go without recharging.
On the other hand, I think it's DEFINITELY worth it to know what settings/adjustments can done to help extend battery life, esp. when it involves turning off things (like gesture/side swipe) that will not be used anyway

I agree. And I just might take your suggestion about turning of the side swipe. I don't find it that practical.
And my apologies for misinterpreting your intentions!!

I got an RMA for this issue yesterday after my 7-month old watch drained in 30 hours. Sucks to be without the watch for a while - I hope this is just a software issue.

I'm almost at 5 days (Charged to 100% Friday afternoon, it is now Wednesday) and am at 3%. I'll see how long 3% can last and that will be it for this week as I lost my charge cable. I have looked high and low but can't find it. But I am sure to find it soon as I just ordered 2 new cables from Amazon.
