Support Connect IQ 3.0

What can we expect in the near future on the Vivoactive 3?

Since the va3 doesn't support music or have onboard maps, nothing with those, but there are things like a new menus and beat-to-beat interval that developer can be use, as well as a couple things that can decrease memory usage of some apps.
