Functional/crossfit and body pumb app

i just bought a vivoactive 3 and i have some issues...
usually for training i do functional/crossfit and body pump. Which avtivities should i use for this?
As well because i am on holiday now there are colories
burning for each day about 2000. Is this normal? With out exercice to burn so many colories?
  • Yes, 2000 calories should be easy. There is a formula here which says my BMR is approximately 1700, so depending on your weight, height and age this is absolutely possible
  • For functional/crossfit type workouts I use the Cardio activity, all I really care about is HR and to a small extend calories. Just be advised the oHR sensor on the VA3 is less than worthless when it comes to HIIT type workouts, you'll want to pair with a chest strap.
